Correlate tester and bench measurement. and transfer test manufacturing. Offering Ongoing sustaining support for each assigned project 職位要求: BSEE required, MSEE preferred - 2~5 years experience in SOC and mixed signal test. - SOC and mixed signal knowledge required ,such as CPU,GPU, DDR,USB ,HDMI, ADC/DAC…. - Strong program skill in C, C++ , and VB. - Knowledge of DFT(Scan ,bist ), high-speed and analog test method. - hands on experience with ATE development , prefer Teradyne J750/Uflex and V93K. - Must be a good communicator, team player, have project planning/organizational skills, and demonstrate analytical thinking |
