allegro軟件通孔類(lèi)焊盤(pán)制作方法及步驟 ——博勵pcb培訓整理 詳細說(shuō)明下，allegro軟件中，制作通孔焊盤(pán)的方法步驟： 對pcb設計來(lái)說(shuō)，通孔類(lèi)的元件，一般都加thermal pad，也就是要添加花孔，怎樣來(lái)制作花孔，首先要創(chuàng )建一個(gè) flash symbol； 創(chuàng )建flash symbol 的方法步驟如下： 打開(kāi)pcb editor軟件，file---new，選擇 flash symbol，打開(kāi)創(chuàng )建界面，執行菜單 add---flash，打開(kāi)therm pad sy...對話(huà)框，對熱風(fēng)焊盤(pán)的內徑、外徑、開(kāi)口的尺寸進(jìn)行設置后，ok，完成flash symbol的創(chuàng )建。 接下來(lái)，就利用創(chuàng )建的flash symbol來(lái)創(chuàng )建通孔焊盤(pán)。 步驟如下： 打開(kāi)pad designer 對話(huà)框； 1.在parameter選項卡下，type下勾選：through；units：選擇所用的單位；drill/slot hole下：hole type 選擇：circle drill；plating：選擇plated；在drill/slot symbol下對鉆孔的符號進(jìn)行設置（這在今后出光繪時(shí)，能體現所設置的符號和標號） 2.在layers選項卡下進(jìn)行的設置如下： begin layer層設置 regular pad thermal relief anti pad 實(shí)際焊盤(pán)大小 比實(shí)際焊盤(pán)大0.2mm 比實(shí)際焊盤(pán)大0.2mm default layer層設置（注意：內層設置很重要） 實(shí)際焊盤(pán)大小 使用創(chuàng )建的flash 焊盤(pán) 比實(shí)際焊盤(pán)大0.2mm end layer 層的設置同begin layer的各項設置一致。 solder mask top 比實(shí)際焊盤(pán)大0.2mm solder mask bottom 比實(shí)際焊盤(pán)大0.2mm pastemask top 同實(shí)際焊盤(pán)一樣大 pastemask bottom 同實(shí)際焊盤(pán)一樣大 完成以上設置，即可完成一個(gè)完整的通孔類(lèi)焊盤(pán)的制作。 保存即可，供制作封裝調用。 |
