The Dell Adamo XPS is playing the tease again, with the PC purvey or unleashing two new official shots of the sub-10mm machine for gadget nuts to coo over. So what more do they tell us about this MacBook Air-beater? And more importantly, when are we likely to be seeing one of these slapped with a dizzying price tag and sent into the wild?

We already knew the Dell Adamo XPS was on its way. Having been given an official image, followed by a public showing, we were hoping the next viewing would come replete with those all important specs and release info.

For now, Dell’s only showing one side of the machine, meaning a second USB could be hidden elsewhere. But this 9.9mm effort will struggle to fit in any more connectivity. Expect an official unveiling at CES in January 2010.
