At SoftwareDevelopment and Innovation Center of NTG SSE (Software and SolutionsEngineering) of PRC, we look for a lead technical contributor to join us on SWdevelopment and innovation for IA based tablet products. The team is in theearly forming stage and provides a great opportunity to play a key role inbuilding the organization and capabilities from the ground up. As an architectin the Software Development and Innovation Team, you will work with keycustomers, independent technology suppliers, marketing, engineering managementand architects from multiple disciplines to negotiate, architect, and leadimplementation of a wide range of high complexity features and systems, analyzerequirements, and define software strategies. You will also work with driverarchitects, silicon architects to influence the architecture of future siliconproducts and help software development teams with understanding, scoping, andplanning implementation work. You will lead debug of especially difficultproblems involving hardware and/or multiple software subsystems, and developprototypes to evaluate or illustrate new technologies, designs, etc. You willalso be responsible for driving continuous improvements in NTG softwaredevelopment processes and product quality and for technical mentoring of otherengineers within the software team. 職位所需技能 Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, ComputerScience, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. Minimum of 10 years developingsoftware drivers and/or embedded firmware plus 2 years of software and/orsystem architecture experience with complex embedded systems (including highperformance GFX and video/audio processing). Demonstrated success in designingand leading implementation of complex software architectures to aggressivedeadlines and involving multiple teams. Must have strong knowledge of Linux/Androidinternals, drivers and RTOS concepts. Windows embedded experience is a bigplus. Experience with leading collaborative SW/driver development is alsorequired. Knowledge of IA/PC system architecture and experience withdevelopment of consumer based devices such as tablets, mobile phones or set topboxes is highly desirable. Technical communication skills will be veryimportant as you document and present complex technical information to informand influence a variety of internal and external audiences including customers,architects, managers, and developers.
