【獵頭職位：行業(yè)領(lǐng)先手機平臺芯片公司(上海)需要一位“Share Service Center Manager”】職位關(guān)鍵詞：HR Share Service, HRIS，聯(lián)系人：Gloria，Email：Gloria-hua@kthr.com，Skype:huawen.gloria，Weibo: KT咨詢(xún)-Gloria華文,微信也可查詢(xún)職位啦！打開(kāi)手機微信，搜號碼“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公眾帳號“KT人才”或掃描以上二維碼即可添加，歡迎大家關(guān)注！ Responsibilities: 1.Lead the set-up of HR shared service centre, including integrating business process and system into the design of HR share service centre, and ensure Roles & Responsibilities, process, people, and linkage to other HR functions and other departments. 2.As Asia leader for HRIS projects, work closely with Global HR, BU HR and IT team to enable HR system implementation. 3.Drive process compliance, HR data quality control and satisfy HR technology demands. 4.Conduct fit/gap analysis with global HRIS functional and technological project scope and ensure the local processes are in line with global objective. 5.Establish and implement policies and procedures for HR processes. 6.Develop and continuously improve HR reporting to assist with people management strategies and initiatives. 7.Ensure and establish complete documentation of all processes and internal controls for HRIS, payroll, and HR operation. 8.Drive continuous process improvements. Requirements: 1.Minimum 5 years of HR experience, as well as HR process management 2.Excellent oral and written communication skills; bilingually articulate in Chinese and English 3.Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality 4.Strong at problem solving, presentation, and analysis skills 5.Bachelor’s degree or above in Business or HR management areas 6.Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership 7.Team player and can work under pressure 8.Proficient at MicroSoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Project |
