【獵頭職位：上還需要一位 Suspension System Engineer】聯(lián)系人：Ryan-Zhu，郵箱：hr@kthr.com，微信也可查詢(xún)職位啦！打開(kāi)手機微信，搜號碼“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公眾帳號“KT人才”或掃描以上二維碼即可添加，歡迎大家關(guān)注！ Job Responsibilities: 1、Design and apply Electronic Air Suspensions to automotive and commercial vehicle applications； 2、Understand Customers’ product, design, development, supply and after sales support needs, and accurately communicate those internally and to the suppliers； 3、Review, communicate, confirm and negotiate our Customers’ needs with the suppliers； 4、Within the business, be a highly effective member of the team, freely sharing that experience with others while also establishing credible plans to deliver the right product with the right performance and reliability； 5、Keep products and plans current and proactive and managed within the engineering system； 6、Assist the partners and suppliers in project management for the projects； 7、Launch products and systems on time, without errors…. the first time...； 8、Assist the partners and suppliers in problem solving and with them, develop a technical knowledge base to support future product development and keep DFMEAs updated to capture the knowledge gained； 9、Take personal responsibility for assuring both team and customer success and satisfaction. Overview: 1、The Lead Engineer is responsible for the development of advanced products and their application of those products for electronic air suspensions； 2、This person has the responsibility to develop the new products for the company, and in addition to assess the customers’needs and the capabilities of our； 3、suppliers, and when necessary, assist the suppliers to meet the needs of the company and our customers; 4、This includes design and development, problem solving and providing aftersales support as required; 5、This role will be to lead specific suspension design projects within the company for the development of the next generation. |
