First it’s heavier. Rather than saying that the Volt weighs more than an Impala I think of the Volt as weighing more than a Mercedes E class sedan. You can’t say that about the Leaf. Volt竟然和奔馳E級的車(chē)一樣重,看來(lái)電池還是比較給力,Volt其實(shí)是一輛挺小巧的。 Second is that almost 80% of the steel in the Volt is high strength steel which protects the passenger compartment better (don’t know about the Leaf). 淚流滿(mǎn)面的80%的加強鋼,我很懷疑Volt如果不堅持徹底的降成本的話(huà),怎么才能賺錢(qián),用了多少好的材料和新技術(shù)啊。 Third is that the Volt has two more airbags than the Leaf — the knee airbags for the driver and front passenger. These ensure the occupant doesn’t slide forward and under the dash during a crash. 好多安全氣囊啊…… Fourth and finally the battery housing in the Volt protects the passenger compartment in a way that the Leaf battery pack doesn’t. Running into a Volt from the front or the side is a big like running into the end of an I-beam. 電池的耐撞性其實(shí)是GM花了最多的時(shí)間和精力的,在EV1就使用的布置,GM花了第一筆10億美金的收獲之一吧。 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() 雖然我對IBM很有好感,但是這句話(huà)還是太不給面子了:“It was a risk on their part because they are a very old company, but they needed to do it different and they did” 從這篇文章里頭,可以獲取不少的信息; 1.Volt里頭有個(gè)100+的電子模塊 2.Volt里頭總的模塊包含1000W行代碼,09年的車(chē)大概600W,05年240W,也就是說(shuō)這車(chē)的軟件量非常大 3.原本預計開(kāi)發(fā)周期為5年,實(shí)際的周期為2年5個(gè)月,很大的一部分原因是通過(guò)引入了Unified Modeling Language (UML),采用了從系統策略模型直接至軟件的方法(這個(gè)我聽(tīng)說(shuō)過(guò),不過(guò)完全不懂,有以前的xd是高手)。 4.測試步驟的簡(jiǎn)化,從600=>400,三位數的測試步驟已經(jīng)讓我無(wú)從想象了。 最后一個(gè)有趣的事情是,在生產(chǎn)Volt的工廠(chǎng)里頭,安裝了太陽(yáng)能的車(chē)棚,可以就近充電,挺有想法滴。 ![]() |
